Pulp Friction is a targeted fascia release session focused on precision work in areas of the body that carry the most load, repetition, or restriction.
This class addresses specific tension sites that limit movement quality and create imbalance in the system over time.
Using balls, blocks, bolsters, and guided pressure techniques, this session works into deeper layers of fascia in localized areas such as hips, back line, shoulders, neck, and feet.
Unlike full body work, this session zooms in to restore space, mobility, and structural clarity where the body is most restricted.
This is detail work for a body that needs specific release rather than full system reset.
Best for
• Localized tightness or restricted movement
• Overused or dominant movement patterns
• Imbalance between sides or chains in the body
• Areas that do not respond to stretching or general mobility work
• Precision release work for functional improvement
After class you may experience
• Increased range of motion in targeted areas
• Reduced localized restriction or tightness
• Improved structural balance in movement
• Clearer sense of space and ease in specific regions
All levels welcome.
